Refer NABL scope, lab will issue an Non-NABL certificate for any item / parameter lab can calibrate but not in accredited scope

  • b. Result ± expanded uncertainty exceeds limits --- Non-Conformity Statement

9. Calibration Frequency (Next Due Date) in the Certificate

  • If periodicity of Calibration is not mentioned or mentioned as more than 1 year, we will keep it blank
  • The periodicity of Calibration for Mass will be given based on its Class

10. Mode of Dispatch / Collection

PIPL is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage of any material during transport

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • In case of any written communication from customer within two days, the details above including due date of next calibration as recommended by the customer are treated as confirmed.
  • After completion of the job and issue of calibration report, the applicant or his authorized representative shall collect back the calibrated item under his own arguments. Item should be collected within 30 days falling which Prajyo Instrument will not be responsible for its safe custody and item will be destroyed/ disposed off. No claim in this regard will be entertained later.
  • An item accepted for submitted for calibration may be returned uncalibrated under circumstances beyond control.
  • All items submitted for calibration must be serviceable & free from damage.
  • All possible care will be taken in handling the item, but the risk of damages in transit or in testing must be assumed by the applicant. In case of any dispute, the decision of the “Prajyo” shall be final.
  • The conditions are subject to any change / modification without any prior notice.
  • We assure to protect customer confidential documents / information from being leaked.
  • We committed to impartiality, we treat all customer & suppliers honestly, fairly & objectively.
  • NABL accredited scope in no way imply that the equipment calibrated is approved by NABL. (as per NABL 131 Clause 16).
